Enrollment and Enrollment Deposit

The non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of enrollment, along with the signed Enrollment Agreement. Unless other arrangements have been made in writing, currently enrolled families must be in good financial standing to enroll for the upcoming year.

June and July Payments

The non-refundable, non-transferable payments due on June 1 and July 1 hold the student's spot at MSE. If these payments are not received on or before the due date, your child's spot could be released.

Payment Plans and Late Fees

MSE offers two payment plans. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month August - April. Quarterly payments are due on August 15, October 30, January 15, and April 1. A late charge of $50 will be applied to any accounts over 15 days past due. An interest charge of 11% per annum will be applied to accounts over 60 days past due. Unpaid accounts may be assigned to collection services at the discretion of the school.

Withdrawl from School

The school must receive a written notice should a parent choose to withdraw his/her child from MSE after the Enrollment Agreement is signed. Tuition and fees already due or received will not be refunded and will be charged and due for an additional 30 days after the written notice is received. If the school decides that the student must be withdrawn, monies paid will not be returned but, provided that the account is current, no further tuition will be due.
