Join us for Summer Camp at MSE! We are offering engaging, themed summer camps for primary, elementary and middle school students for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks in June.
Students from other schools are welcome, so bring a friend!
*All camps will begin and end each day at the Troutdale campus.
Some camps will involve daily travel within and outside of Evergreen.
*All camps are $360, with a $150 deposit due by April 15, 2018.

“Goin’ Country” Summer Camp
June 11-15
Calling all cowhands! Come explore the Wild West with us this summer. Campers will engage in daily hands-on activities while learning about farm animals, ranches, rodeos, the landscape of the country and much more. We will end our week together with a good ol’ Wild West picnic!

“Plants and Bugs” Summer Camp
June 18-22
We will explore the world of plants and bugs in a garden adventure. Campers will learn about growing flowers and food, and insects that are helpful in a garden. There will be a variety of hands-on science, practical life and art activities for the children to engage in.

“Dinosaur Days” Summer Camp
June 25-29
Come discover the fascinating world of dinosaurs! This fun and interactive camp will investigate different dinosaur species and their characteristics of dinosaurs. We will learn about paleontology and participate in a dinosaur dig. Campers will explore dinosaurs through art, science, and outdoor activities.

“Campfire Cooking” Summer Camp
June 11-15
Nothing says summer like the smells of campfire cooking in the air! We will feast our way through this week’s camp by cooking under the summer sun. From fun breakfast treats to traditional s’mores, we will fire up the grill and create some exciting menus!

“Nature Exploration and Environmental Arts” Summer Camp
June 18-22
Summer time in the foothills is beautiful. During this camp, we will take advantage of our climate and hike and explore various parks in our community. Along the way, we will choose items of natural beauty to incorporate into afternoon crafts.

“Arts Abound” Summer Camp
June 25-29
Campers will visit galleries and art museums and view works of art from the masters of their craft! We will learn and experiment with various art forms: water colors, pottery, paper-mache, still-life drawing and more.

“Colorado Adventures” Summer Camp
June 11-15
Colorado’s foothills are rich in history. Each day, we will head out and discover the stories of the people who lived here before us. You will help design the week! Should we visit a mine, hike to an old homestead, visit a ghost town, experience a living history museum, or hunt down some historic markers? We will return to Troutdale each afternoon to update our photo journals and prepare for our next adventure.

“Urban Adventures” Summer Camp
June 18-22
Let’s get out and about and explore our neighboring cities! Each day, we will visit a new location. You’ll get to help design the day. Should we visit a museum or planetarium, take a walk, chill in a park, check out some sculptures and murals, take the Light Rail, do a scavenger hunt, or stop by a farmer’s market? Each afternoon we will return to Troutdale to make a photo journal, cook up a snack for the next day, or craft up something fun!
