Join us at Evergreen High School’s Theatre as MSE presents New York Times Best Selling Author and 2017 National Geographic Explorer of the Year, Kevin Fedarko, on Thursday, October 19, at 7 p.m. Kevin will speak about his 2015-2016 800 mile mega-transect of the Grand Canyon and his award-winning book “The Emerald Mile”, and discuss the challenges currently facing this legendary National Park. A book-signing follows the presentation. Purchase your copy at Hearthfire Books by October 19, and they will donate 10% back of purchase proceeds to American Rivers! We are excited that Kevin will visit with our Middle Schoolers as well.
RSVP here! Please join us for a community screening of the film, Angst, on Wednesday, October 4 in the Gym at the Middle School (6979 Highway 73, Evergreen, CO). This is the 3rd film we’ve hosted at MSE (you may have seen Finding Kind and Screenagers as well). Middle School students will view this film during the school day and will be participating in their World Language Movie Night during this time.
Tuesday, September 26, 6-7 p.m. at the Middle School – Join our Middle School students as they share what they learn during their weeklong trip to the Canyonlands Institute in Moab. Each student will present engaging and interactive activities based on research from their trip. Everyone is welcome – we hope to see you there!
The Annual Pancake Breakfast is on Saturday, September 9 from 9-11 a.m. at the Marshdale Campus. This spirited and popular event is a great way to get acquainted with our faculty, staff and other MSE parents (and welcome back all alumni!) while enjoying delicious pancakes at the same time! We will celebrate our 40th Anniversary with a gift for each family. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for children. Hope to see everyone there!
