Melissa Libertini

Senior Director of Academics and Student Life

Melissa is a detail-oriented administrator who is able to support teachers and students, think outside the box, and implement change. She has participated in the World Leadership School’s Purpose Summit and both the North Carolina and Colorado Outward Bound Educators’ Initiative programs. She has been in the education field for fifteen years and has taught everything from kindergarten to third grade before moving into administration. Melissa joined MSE in 2022 and primarily oversees the Marshdale South Building as well as the other Directors of Academics and Student Life at Troutdale and Marshdale North. 

Melissa and her husband live in Evergreen with their two children who both attend MSE. She enjoys hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding on Evergreen Lake, cooking, traveling, and anything and everything Disney.
